PawBoly is run by [Your name or business name], Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This policy explains what information we use, why, and your choices, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

In short: you can use PawBoly without giving us your name, phone or email. If you sign in, we keep your email and your pets’ details so they work on every phone. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t show ads that track you.

Questions to “Ask AI”Only when you use itYour question and pet profile are sent to our AI provider to pick products. Please don’t include your name, phone or address.
Business details: name, address, phone, WhatsApp, location, hours, services, pricesWhen a business lists itselfShown publicly so customers can find and contact the business.

2. Cookies and storage on your device

We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. PawBoly saves a few things in your browser’s storage so the app works: your pet profile, chosen location, settings, recent searches (for Instinct picks), saved pets and reminders, and, if you sign in, your sign-in session. You can turn off “Learn from my activity”, tap “Clear history”, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings at any time.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device’s IP address when a page loads.

3. Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal data. We use these service providers to run PawBoly, only for that purpose:

Some of these providers may process data outside India. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect users and the service from fraud or abuse.

Stores and businesses: when you leave PawBoly for Amazon, Supertails, Blinkit, Zepto or any other store, or contact a local business, that store or business handles your information under its own policy. When you tap “Order on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a message you can edit before sending; we don’t see it.

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent (for example, turn off alerts or sign out and delete your account), and nominate someone to act for you. Email [your email] from the email on your account. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

You can delete a saved pet or stop a reminder yourself in My pets at any time.

6. Children

PawBoly is for adults. Children under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian, and shouldn’t create an account without their permission.

7. Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Database rules make sure each pet owner can see only their own pets and reminders, and each business only its own listing. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your email account safe.

8. Advice, not veterinary care

Recommendations, portions and AI answers are general guidance, not a diagnosis. Please see a veterinarian about medical diets, allergies or any change in your pet’s health.

9. Changes

We will update the date at the top when this policy changes, and show a notice in the app for important changes.
