How customers order from you
A customer near you picks their pet. On a food you stock, they see ₹ your price at Your Store · 2.1 km away · Delivers to you.
They tap Order on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens on their phone with a ready message to you: the product, pack size, your price, and space for their name and address.
You confirm on WhatsApp, deliver or keep it ready for pickup, and take payment your usual way (cash, UPI or card). PawBoly is not involved in the payment.
They can also tap Call or Directions. In your business page you can see how many people tapped WhatsApp, Call and Directions in the last 30 days.
Tips for more orders
Keep prices up to date. A wrong price loses trust fast.
Price the everyday products first: the top dog and cat foods, cat litter, fish flakes and pellets.
Reply on WhatsApp quickly. Customers often message two or three shops.
Offer delivery if you can, even in a small area. “Delivers to you” stands out.
Going on leave? Tap Pause so customers don’t message a closed shop. Tap again to go live.
Store rules
To keep PawBoly useful and legal, every store agrees to these rules (see the full Terms):
Your details and prices must be true, and you must be allowed to run the business.
List only products you really stock, at the price you really charge.
Sell only legal products. No wild or protected animals or birds, no banned fish (such as piranha), and no prescription-only medicines without a vet’s prescription.
Don’t ask customers to pay through PawBoly or share anyone’s details without their permission.
We may verify, edit, pause or remove any listing that breaks these rules or gets repeated complaints.
